Buying Bonus Bonds for the first time

When you buy Bonus Bonds for the first time you will need to become a bondholder and buy a minimum of $20 worth of Bonus Bonds.

The easiest way is to sign up for MyBonusBonds so you can buy and check your Bonus Bonds online.

1. Register for MyBonusBonds online.

2. We'll email you an activation and direct debit form.

If you're already an ANZ customer

Just print out and complete the form using your ANZ account as your funding and redemption account for MyBonusBonds. Freepost the form back to us.

If you're not already an ANZ customer

Print out, complete the form and take it into an ANZ Branch or PostShop. You will need to also take appropriate identification and proof of your bank account details (an encoded deposit slip or your bank statement dated within the last three months).

3. Email Confirmation

Once your MyBonusBonds registration has been activated we'll send you a confirmation email. Then you'll be able to buy Bonus Bonds, check your balance, view your prize winnings and much more.

If you don't want access to your Bonus Bonds online

You can:

1. Print out and complete this application form
2. Take it into an ANZ Branch or PostShop along with appropriate identification (you can sign up to MyBonusBonds to manage your bonds online later).
