Identification and supporting documents
For your security, the first time you buy Bonus Bonds (or when you want to cash in your Bonus Bonds in person) you need to take these items into an ANZ branch or PostShop, together with an application form.
- Valid identification
- Valid address verification (dated within the last three months)
- Acceptable identification and address verification examples (PDF 147KB)
If you're buying for someone under 15:
As well as the personal identification for yourself above you'll need to provide proof of your relationship to the person you're buying for, e.g. an original full birth certificate, testamentary guardianship order, or guardianship order.
If you're buying for a company:
The certificate of incorporation and the constitution, resolutions or written authorisation from the directors confirming you are an authorised signatory.
If you're buying for an incorporated club or society:
The society's certificate of incorporation and its rules or minutes confirming you are an authorised signatory.
If you're buying for a trust:
The formal trust document or other written authorisation confirming you are a trustee or an authorised signatory.
