To change your address you may:

Change your details at any New Zealand branch of ANZ; or

Download and complete a Bondholder Information Update Form (PDF 42kb) (also available at any New Zealand branch of ANZ or your local PostShop), and take it into any New Zealand branch of ANZ or your local PostShop; or post it to:

Should you encounter a problem with Bonus Bonds, we'd like to fix it for you. Please contact our Bonus Bonds customer services team in the first instance and we will do our best to resolve your issue. You can contact us in a variety of ways, please choose the option that you prefer.

Complaints procedure

If you are not satisfied with the outcome or have a complaint about the Fund, this can be made to ANZ Investment Services (New Zealand) Limited, ("the Manager") by writing to;

You can also ask ANZ's complaint resolution team to review the steps taken to resolve your complaint providing you have already asked Bonus Bonds to help you, without success. The team is experienced in dealing with difficult or complex complaints and they will independently review your concerns along with Bonus Bonds response to your complaint.

The Manager is required to be a member of an approved dispute resolution scheme under the Financial Service Providers (registration and Dispute Resolution) Act 2008. If you have followed the Manager's complaints procedure including a review by the ANZ complaint resolution team, and you remain dissatisfied with the Manager's decision you may refer your complaint to the following approved dispute resolution scheme:

The Banking Ombudsman will generally refer all complaints that have not been fully considered by the internal complaints process, back to ANZ or Bonus Bonds before they will take up an investigation on your behalf.
